scite is a tool which offers a quantitative and qualitative insight into how scientific publications cite each other by using access to full-text articles and its deep learning model to tell you, for a given publication:

• how many times it was cited by others;
• how it was cited by others by displaying the text where the citation happened from each citing paper;
• whether each citation offers supporting or contrasting evidence of the cited claims in the publication of interest, or simply mention it. 

Assistant by scite is a new feature (in beta) powered by Generative AI within scite.ai. By adding ChatGPT to scite, Assistant helps users find research-backed information by querying its citation index.

SEDAR+ is the CSA (Canadian Securities Administrators) website for Canadian securities, filings, disclosures, and other information.

Date coverage:

• All historical profile, Cease Trade Order and Disciplinary List data is available through SEDAR+.
• SEDAR+ contains all documents filed after January 1, 2015. All prospectuses and applications filed on SEDAR since January 1, 1997 are also available in SEDAR+.

Based at the Allen Institute for AI, Semantic Scholar is a free, AI-powered research tool for scientific literature, which provides access to over 180 million research publications in all scientific domains. It applies artificial intelligence to extract the meaning from the scientific literature allowing scholars to navigate research much more efficiently than a traditional search engine.

An annotated bibliography of historical work covering the entire span of U.S. foreign relations. Its thirty chapters cover all eras in U.S. history from colonial days onwards. The online edition also includes four new thematic chapters—on economic issues; non-governmental actors; domestic issues, the Congress, and public opinion; and race, gender, and culture. This collection, digitized from originals held within McMaster University Library's Research Collections, contains pamphlets that deal with many aspects of Canadian history, literature, social and political conditions. Included are pamphlets on religion and churches, all levels of government, elections, peace movements and war service, Communism, local communities and labor organizations to name but a few of the topics covered. Approximately 250 pamphlets date from before 1867. Several of the pamphlets are in the French language. There are a very small number of pamphlets in this collection that have no relation to Canada; they are mainly British and American although a number of pamphlets concern Cuba and Third World countries. At least one pamphlet about Ireland is in Gaelic; a few pamphlets are in other languages.

SpringerMaterials incorporates all volumes of Landolt-Börnstein New Series, the largest and most respected compilation of data in physics and chemistry founded in 1883, along with a number of unique and specialized databases.

A freely accessible online encyclopedia covering all areas of philosophy. Each entry is written by an expert in the field who is responsible for maintaining its currency. McMaster University Library supports the encyclopedia as a SEPIA Associate Member.

Includes an extensive collection of statistics, reports and insights on over 80,000 topics from more than 22,000 sources across 170 industries and 150+ countries. It includes proprietary data produced by Statista as well as data from market and opinion research institutions, business organizations and government institutions. Source information is clearly noted. Statistics can be downloaded directly in PDF (Portable Document Format), XLS (Excel), PNG (Portable Network Graphics), and PPT (PowerPoint) formats.
