A tool to help researchers discover the most relevant protocols and methods for experiments. It is the largest database of reproducible laboratory protocols in biomedicine and life sciences, bringing together content from Nature Methods, Nature Protocols, Nature Reviews Methods Primers and Springer Protocols.
- Nature Methods - a forum for the publication of novel methods and significant improvements to tried-and-tested basic research techniques in the life sciences. The journal publishes primary research papers as well as overviews of recent technical and methodological developments.
- Nature Protocols - features secondary research articles - predominantly Protocols (including Protocol Updates and Protocol Extensions) based on published primary research papers.
- Nature Reviews Methods Primers - covers analytical, applied, statistical, theoretical and computational methods used in the life and physical sciences. The Primers are introductory overviews of methods and techniques, including best practices for experimentation, analysis and applications. These overview articles will provide all the relevant information needed to evaluate, adopt and build on methods.
- Springer Protocols - a database of reproducible laboratory protocols (over 58,000) in biomedicine and life sciences. Sources include Methods in Molecular Biology, Methods in Molecular Medicine, Neuromethods, Springer Protocols Handbooks, Methods in Pharmacology and Toxicology, Methods in Biotechnology, and Biological Methods.
