SciFree provides a central searchable platform that allows researchers to find journals where they can publish with article processing charges (APC) waived or reduced. Information displayed includes journal title and imprint, journal publishing model, payment options, and licence types.

The team at the Data Analysis Support Hub, known around campus as DASH, is here to save the day.

Based in the Sherman Centre for Digital Scholarship at Mills Memorial Library, DASH staff assist with data analysis and software applications such as Excel, SPSS, or other statistical software.

DASH services, resources and workshops are available to McMaster students, staff or faculty members from any discipline. Of course, all of this comes free of charge.

Just in time for final exams, the LinkedIn Learning Club @ McMaster has launched a campaign empowering students to prioritize their health and wellness.

During December, McMaster University students using their free LinkedIn Learning account will have access to a playlist of short video courses centred around supporting personal well-being.

This month’s offerings were selected by Tanvir Singh, a third-year computer science student and LinkedIn Learning ambassador.

The Bookmobile is a library branch on wheels, and it is rolling up to campus every week. 

It has been a longtime feature of Hamilton Public Library, making stops throughout the city to ensure that all Hamilton residents can enjoy library materials and services.  

Now, McMaster University has been added as one of those neighbourhood stops to reach the important student population on campus every Tuesday afternoon.
