The library disabled this feature on January 28, 2026 because the feature is still in beta and not yet fully mature; the automatic pop-up can be disruptive to the reading experience, and not all publishers participating in PQ Ebook Central permit AI-based summarization, creating licensing and consistency concerns across the platform.

Contains thousands of full-text e-books across a variety of disciplines. To display titles accessible to McMaster users, use the "Book Status" filter and select "Owned and subscribed to by my library."
Individual titles are also listed in McMaster's library catalogue and in the standard ProQuest databases platform.
