Abstract

This data set can be used to identify tracts of land maintained for the landing of aircraft and for the receiving and/or discharging of passengers and cargo. For this data set, the different Airport types include:

  • Heliport
  • Runway
  • Seaplane Base

    • Retirement note: The data layer has been replaced. Airport data is available from "Airport - Official" and "Airport - Other".

    Supplementary tables can be used and are available for download from the additional documentation section. Supplementary look-up table descriptions are available in the data description document, which is available for download from the additional documentation section.
