This Church was formed on November 26, 2006 as the result of the amalgamation of two Stoney Creek churches: The Church of Our Saviour, and The Church of The Redeemer. The amalgamation service took place May 27, 2007. For records prior to this date please consult the two original churches.

The amalgamated church is at the same location of The Church of The Redeemer, please refer to the fonds description there for history prior to amalgamation.

The fonds consists of parish registers containing statistical records and is microfilmed on 1 reel, numbered 423. Note: All registers marked with an asterisk (*) contain records for The Church of the Redeemer and the amalgamated churches.
