Another test alert

UPDATE: test ticket closed.  Testing email trigger when an alert is updated and the end date is greater than start date but less than current time. This test email should go to Anne, David and myself. In production it will go to the Library_alerts-l@mcmaster.ca.

This is a test service alert. I've added a trigger when a new alert is added to the development site to email David & Andrew.  If this works, then it can be used to email Alex and/or Rhonda to post alerts on our twitter accounts.
