Event Support

When you book an event that is taking place in a registrar-controlled classroom through Housing & Conference Services, you will be asked to outline your AV requirements. A typical booking may include the following AV equipment:

  • Video Projector(s)
  • Screen
  • External Device Connection [VGA, HDMI, Stereo Mini Audio Connection]
  • Podium Computer (Windows)
  • Podium Microphone
  • Wireless Lavalier Microphone
