Body Worn Camera Reporting

The Toronto Police Service is committed to providing accessible information in compliance with the Toronto Police Services Board's Body Worn Camera Policy.

Policy Item # 40 states that the Service perform the following reporting:

"Report no less than once every three months, by way of a report to the Board or a publicly available website, on the number of requests made by members of the public to view or release to the public recordings from body-worn cameras which were refused, if any, and a summary of the reasons for any refusals."
