Canada Post labour action will reduce Interlibrary Loan services
Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) begun a national strike as of November 15, 2024. Books requested from other Ontario Universities are not affected. However, service between McMaster University Libraries and libraries outside of Ontario may be delayed or paused entirely.
The McMaster University Libraries Books by Mail service is suspended for the duration of the strike.
