(Feb 10/13) 2nd floor is quite cold near and around the windows. Fingers and hands are so cold that its hard to type. the radiators lining the windows dont seem to work.
Library response: Thanks for your comment. We will have our facilities staff take a look at the perimeter heaters to make sure they are working properly. (Feb 11/13)
