(Jun 16/12) Fulfill your commitments. If you post Open to 5pm then do not close at 4:50pm. I just wasted an hour of my afternoon coming here only to be locked out because one of your employees wants to go home early. Thats called wage theft.
Library response: Thanks for sending in your comment. Although our Hours of Opening do say until 5pm, they also say that we will start clearing the bookstacks, study and service areas 15 minutes prior to closing. This is necessary so that our users have time to sign out any books they wish to borrow and so that our staff are able to clear and secure the building before locking up at 5pm. I am sure you will now see the need for doing this.
