(Nov 28/11) The library is so cold! Cant the heat be turned up?
Library response: Some areas may feel cold, but this is because it is really not that cold outside, so the system is not calling for heat regularly. We have been receiving comments from people, and will continue to monitor the situation. (Nov 28/11)
