(Jan 30/12) It would be great if you could run an experiment where you remove the no smoking sign beside the entrance and look for any change in the number of people smoking beside that wall over a week. My hypothesis is there would be no significant change. I can now smell the smoke while sitting at the new core i5 PC (label 30615) which is near the black waste bin.

Thank you for your comment. We do understand your frustration with people smoking near the entrance to all of our libraries. The staff do try to patrol this area and remind people to move back from the entrance, but as you have indicated.

We will try to be more vigilant about asking people to move when we see this happening.

Please feel free to do so yourself...the more people who say something the sooner they will get the message!
