I.T.Support

The I.T. Help Desks in the Learning Commons are available for support with technology-related questions and problems, both in-person and via instant messaging. For example, ask for help when:

  • you need help configuring your laptop to use MacConnect wireless;
  • you have questions about printing or photocopying in the library;
  • you need help with your MAC ID
  • you need assitance using adaptive technology.
