(Oct 1/07) To have the suggestion box next to a display board where you post up suggestions and responses. (like there was in past years)
Library response: Thank you so much for your suggestion. We are in the process of switching over to an online suggestion box/bulletin board. We used to accept and display suggestions exactly as you described. Were hoping that the electronic format will allow for increased access (e.g. you dont have to be standing in a library in order to send us a suggestion) and allow users to browse all suggestions, rather than just the most recent ones (as was the case with the display board). The online format also allows people to add comments to our responses, which we hope will be useful. However, we will keep track of comments like yours and if there seems to be a demand for reintroducing the display board, then we will certainly consider it. (Nov 21/07)
