(Jul 10/12) Hello, The new windows 7 computers in Mills restart automatically when you try to use them after they have been sitting in sleep mode for a while. I like the windows computers better than the Mac computers but it is very irritating to sit and wait for them to restart each time. Can you please fix the new windows 7 computers in Mills?
Library response: Thanks for the feedback. I've passed this on to our computer experts, who have seen a few instances of this and are on the case. As with all new technology deployments, it's a matter of working out the kinks, which is why we got these out well in advance of the new semester when demand goes up. (Jul 10/12)
