(Jul 18/10) It may be due to the renovations, but its been this way for as long as I can remember: The 4th and 5th floors of Mills are hotter than Hades! I know those are pretty quiet floors, but it would probably encourage more people to take advantage of the total silence if it werent an inferno up there.
Library response: Thanks for your comment. I am glad you are finding it relatively quiet on these floors. We have had some maintenance issue with some of the fans feeding this area which is why it has been warmer than normal. We are also working on some air balancing issues with the New Media Centre which has been recently constructed on the 4th floor. We expect things to improve this week.Thanks for your patience.
