What kinds of questions can I ask?

Our Chat service is an extension of our in-person, phone, and e-mail Research Help service. We're available to provide research help, advice and assistance on any research topic. In order to provide the best help we can, we might recommend you email or call a Research Help Assistant or Liaison Librarian with specific subject expertise.

How can I sign up for an account on MSN, AIM or Yahoo! Messenger?

This handout guides you through the process of setting accounts on all three services.

What instant messaging software is available in the library?

You can access the web versions of MSN, AIM, and Yahoo! Messenger in the libraries. More information is available here.
