McMaster University Library's Lloyd Reeds Map Collection has an extensive and varied collection of rare and historic maps that help chart the evolution of Canada. A new video explores some of these maps which date back as far as the 16th century.

McMaster archivists have delved into the Library’s collections to select artifacts that shine a light on some of Canada’s most beloved figures, our national heritage, and our place in the world.

(From left) Anita Ntem, an undergraduate student from Bryn Mawr College and Lucy Mercer-Mapstone, a PhD student at the University of Queensland. speak at the launch of the International Journal for Students as Partners. Both students are members of the journal’s editorial team. The journal was developed in partnership with the MacPherson Institute and is hosted by McMaster University Library Press.
