Student IT Consultants at the IT Help Desk, located in the Mills Learning Commons, can help with a variety of computer related problems. These include:

• printing issues
• software difficulties
• wireless access
• live chat with IT Consultant

The IT Consultants will try to resolve issues as quickly as possible, however there may be instances when they need to report the problem to support colleagues.
