Research Services:
Jeannie An, RJC Research Services Librarian is available to assist students with their research and information needs.
Jeannie will be available on a regular basis as described below:
Monday: 11am – 7pm
Tuesday: 1pm – 5pm
Wednesday: 11am – 7pm
Thursday: 1pm – 5pm
Friday: by appointment

Jeannie’s office is located at the RJC, Room 243, x20561. Jeannie can also arrange virtual meetings via MacLive, Skpye or teleconferencing.
Books:
To borrow a book located in Mills, Innis, Thode or Health Sciences Libraries, complete the online form.
Library staff will retrieve your book from the stacks and mail it to your home using Canada Post. Use the accompanying prepaid label to return the book to the main campus by the due date indicated.
Articles:
To requesting a copy of an article located in Mills, Innis,Thode or Health Sciences Libraries, complete the online form.
Library staff will retrieve the item for you, copy it and then send the copied version to your home using Canada Post.
Coming soon: we will be able to supply the article to you electronically!
e-Resources:
Use your MAC ID to access the Library’s online resources, just the same as you would on the main campus. For details, see: http://library.mcmaster.ca/libaccess
Course Materials:
Most course content will be delivered to you through Avenue to Learn, the University’s learning management system.
Please note: Follow up with your instructor directly to confirm the location of course materials.
Interlibrary Loan:
To request an item not available at Mills, Innis, Thode or Health Sciences Libraries complete an online request form.
If you are looking for a book, we will attempt to purchase it in electronic format, then send you the link. When that is not possible, we will borrow the book for you from another institution and mail it to your home using Canada Post. We will provide you with a prepaid label to return the book to the main campus by the due date indicated.
If you are looking for an article, we will arrange to have a copy produced at the other institution and mail it to your home using Canada Post.
Library Instruction:
Faculty can arrange Library Instruction by contacting Jeannie. As well, Jeannie will provide library support within Avenue2Learn. For more information contact Jeannie by email anjean@mcmaster.ca or call x20561.
