I.V. Robinson fonds
Power Stations and their Equipment (report by Robinson)
The fonds consists of:
(a) Copy of Robinson's printed report, extracted from the March 1935 number
of the Journal of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
(b) Copies of the typed letter sent by Robinson in July 1934 to a number
of well-known electrical companies in England and abroad asking for information
on recent developments in specific items in Power Station equipment.
(c) Copies of Robinson's circular letter of thanks (April 1935), with
names of 29 individuals and companies to whom these letters were sent.
Also included are the 9 personal postscripts that Robinson added to some
of these letters.
(d) Replies to Robinson's original letter. A total of 35 typed letters,
notes and reports (typed and printed) addressed to I.V. Robinson, indicating
the progress made in Power Station Equipment by manufacturers in various
companies, as follows:
